*The £35 culinary credit per room is included for every night you stay. Credits are per day, per room, non-transferable, and cannot be carried over. The credit will not be moved to the following day if late check-in is required. Beverages are not included in the culinary credit or package. Dinner reservations should be made at the time of booking to ensure availability.

Included in the break per person is an overnight stay at Minster Mill, dinner to the value of £50 per person at Wildling Restaurant (spend can include drinks), a full cooked-to-order English and continental breakfast the following day, and a 2-hour Dahlia Beach Flower Arranging Workshop.

This offer is available for stays on Thursdays to Sundays between August 16th and October 31st, and additionally on Wednesday nights in October, subject to availability. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is non-cancellable and non-refundable. The card used to make the booking will be required on check-in.

For the Dahlia Beach workshop, if the requested date and time are not available, a member of our reservations team will contact you to confirm the next available date and update your booking.

Travel between Minster Mill and Dahlia Beach is not included.

There is a small spa at Minster Mill which can be reserved for guests taking a treatment, at an additional cost to this package. Book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Dahlia Beach workshops are held at 10:30 am and 2 pm on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays between August 16th and September 28th, and on Thursdays to Sundays during October. When booking, please add a note with your preferred Dahlia Beach session time.

To tie with Dahlia Beach workshops, our break is available to book Thurs – Sunday nights, between 16th August – 31st October 2025, and additionally on Wednesday nights during October. 

Dahlia Beach workshops are held at 10.30am and 2pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday between 16th August – 28th September, and Thurs – Sunday during October.  When booking, please add a note with your preferred Dahlia Beach session time.

This spa break package is subject to availability.  Spa treatments are essential and should be made at time of booking. This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Treatments include consultation time. No pre-payment is required; simply guarantee your reservation with a credit or debit card and pay at the property. Reservation can be cancelled or amended up to 4.00pm, three days before arrival. The spa break includes 90 minutes pool and thermal use which must be booked at the time of treatment booking.

Gift cards cannot be used to renew a membership but can be used to purchase a new one. Gift cards can be redeemed at most National Trust shops, restaurants or used towards membership.
