We’ve sourced individual fabrics, contemporary lights and fittings, and mid-century furniture. The bathrooms are pamper-ready, and everything has been laid on for a wonderful stay.

Please note: For stays at Minster Mill on Sunday or Monday, breakfast is served across the road at our sister property, The Old Swan. An All-Day Menu is also available on both days and will meet all your dining requirements.
Children -Children of all ages are welcome to stay at Minster Mill, and infants (aged 0 - 2) stay for free. Children (aged 3 - 16) will be on the same rate (e.g. bed & breakfast) as the adults on their reservation. Children are welcome to the restaurant until 8 p.m., with last orders placed by 7 p.m. In addition to The Garden Menu for V.I.L.P. (very important little people), smaller portions can be enjoyed from our 'grown-up' menus
Dogs - We have designated Hilltop Garden Rooms available to book for guests who wish to bring their dogs. Please call us to arrange to book a room that accommodates you and your dog. There is a £20 per dog per night charge, which includes a dog bed and water bowl We have beautiful grounds and local walks for you and your dog to enjoy. Unfortunately, dogs can’t have full hotel access to public areas in Minster Mill but are welcome in the bar area of our sister hotel, the Old Swan, located over the road. We request that dogs be kept on a lead when in public spaces and that you utilise the dog bins provided when required. We ask that if you leave your dog in your room unattended (only for a little while, please), you advise reception so that any of our team who need to service your room or make deliveries to it are aware. Unfortunately, we don’t have appropriate facilities for giant breeds.
Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are welcome throughout our hotel.
Parking - There is a small car park at Minster Mill, but the main car park is over the road behind the Old Swan. You are welcome to drop your luggage at Minster Mill reception before parking in the main car park at the Old Swan.
Spa - If you’re staying at the hotel and pre-booking a spa treatment, you can use our thermal pool and spa facilities for up to 1.5 hours a day. The Garden Spa has been exclusively curated for only 8 guests at a time.
Cancellation Policy - We offer free cancellation up to 4 pm, 3 days before arrival, on non-prepaid rates. After this, we charge for the first night’s stay. No deposit is needed; you need a credit/debit card to secure your reservation, with pre-authorisation on check-in. Advance Purchase Rates: You can get the best rates at Minster Mill by pre-paying when you book. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable, so you might want to consider taking out holiday insurance if you choose this option.
