Join our Head Gardener for a tour of the summer gardens before heading to the restaurant for an outstanding three-course lunch.
The day begins at 11.00am as you head out to explore the abundance of different habitats within the hotel’s grounds. Our Head Gardener will be your guide through these unique grounds, showing you the wealth of woodland, flora and fauna found on the 65-acre estate surrounding Minster Mill. Learn how to identify seasonal edible plants, find out more about the plants located alongside the banks of the River Windrush and pick up a few handy gardening tips.
Return to Minster Mill’s restaurant to enjoy an exquisite three-course set lunch bursting with the season’s finest produce. The combination of our Head Gardener’s horticultural knowledge and Minster Mill’s exemplary cuisine makes this event a must for all gardeners and ‘foodies’ alike.
