Our head chef Tom Moody fuses contemporary and traditional British cooking and adds an appealing local twist. A Masterchef semi-finalist in 2017, Tom carefully selects the best regional, seasonal ingredients, while supporting British farmers, fishermen and artisan producers.
The three AA rosette restaurant itself has handsome vaulted ceilings and original oak beams, a classic look that’s complemented by a modern, easy-going ambience. Drop in for an amazing Full English, a leisurely lunch or an intimate dinner. Whatever the occasion, we can help you celebrate in style and have a choice of private dining spaces available. In the summer, you can eat outside on the terrace or in the gardens. Dogs (and their owners) are welcome in the bar area of the Old Swan across the road.
Set in a high gallery overlooking the restaurant, Mill Bar serves selected fine wines and Champagnes from the Brownsword cellar, along with perfectly shaken classic cocktails. Fun, relaxed and sociable, it’s a place to enjoy down-to-earth hospitality and good company.

Children are welcome to join us in the restaurant until 8.00pm, with last orders being placed by 7.00pm. As well as The Garden Menu for V.I.L.P (very important little people) smaller portions can be enjoyed from any of our 'grown up' menus.
Current restrictions mean that guests may only join us as single household bubbles. Households of 7 or more may reserve a table together by contacting us.
With beautiful wooden-beamed, Cotswold-stone buildings that can accommodate up to 100 guests and smaller intimate dining rooms, Minster Mill is a special place for any get-together.
Due to the national lockdown we are temporarily closed but are taking reservations from 17th May, when we hope to be able to reopen. The team remains available to help with any new booking enquiries.
Since the latest announcement we are experiencing high call volumes so if you have an existing reservation with us before 17th May, someone will be in touch shortly to discuss your options. There is no need to contact us at this stage, your reservation has been put on hold for now.
