Private Dining in the Cotswolds

Our largest space, The Malthouse, boasts views of the gardens with its own bar, terrace by the river and two floors.  The croquet lawn and River Windrush are just outside – great for summer days and evening drinks receptions.

Splendid views across the scenic hotel gardens and original wooden beams characterise The Oak room. This room also has direct access to the Mill Bar, making it ideal for a perfectly shaken cocktail or a relaxed drink.

An impressive backdrop with high ceilings and exposed Cotswold stonework. With plenty of character features, The Barn is a flexible space with its own private reception area and a handy side room - the Little Barn. Keep it cosy with our private dining options for up to 40 of your nearest and dearest, or host an elegant reception complete with Champagne and canapés for 80 guests.

Elegantly comfortable, the atmosphere is warm and inviting with open oak-beamed ceilings, a large Cotswold stone fireplace and finished with warm, textured fabrics adding to the cosy atmosphere. Large double doors open onto the garden terrace and pond, making the room bright and sunny in the day. In the evening, the room is candlelit and romantic.

With original 15th-century oak beams, the dining hall of the Old Swan exudes charm and character. The double-height ceiling and inglenook fireplace add to the sense of history. The Lovell Room is licensed for marriage ceremonies.

Set beyond the bar lounge, the Snug is a private and more intimate space for any occasion. Enjoy the roaring fire over a fine ale and a game or two of shuffleboard.
