The open air car park is large with good lighting. Disabled Persons Parking is available.

Wooden flooring in reception, three steps up to main bedroom corridor, with a ramp available should it be required. Assistance with luggage and car parking is available. Tours of the property can be arranged if guests require orientation. Golf buggy available for help with luggage and for guests with mobility issues.
Guide dogs and accredited assistance dogs are welcome throughout our hotel.
14 bedrooms on ground floor, access to some rooms involves steps and guests should advise of any requirements for mobility assistance.
All ground floor rooms have walk-in showers however there are no special disabled facilities provided in bathrooms. There is a disabled toilet at the hotel's main reception.
Minster Mill's Restaurant is accessed via one step, once inside the flooring is level with ramps available on request. The Bar area can be found on the first floor with no lift access. Pre-dinner drinks can be enjoyed in the Mill Snug area located on the ground floor. Special dietrary requirements or allergies should be given at reservation stage.
Wildflower meadows, gardens, river walk is signed but on uneven ground, seats, occasional picnic benches for fishermen.
